8. COMPUTER PROGRAM SOFTWARE LIST
Year 1985 FORTRAN 77 programming course exercises for calculation on Minicomputer terminal in Sweden.
Like artificial electricity generation, the computer is a precision device for research, but it is not consumer goods. One may spread computer science technology to ministry and people, but, not the computer device and its software.
(1) Yi X. 1992. "Fun Timing Alarm Program" Philosophy Timing Program. It was used with Zenith 286 laptop computer in international symposium on rock support in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. It was coded with Turbo C/C++ 2.0 language. Main technique was computer timing in minutes and graphics number display, with "Jingle Bell" music at one minute to the end and at the end, to supplement DOS Date and Time functions. 9 hours sleep = 540 minutes. Zenith 286 computer has text display, graphics, DOS sound of music, rechargeable battery power, with external Fax/email modem (left in Toronto in year 2000). One earth minute is likely worth one cent money coin. Main philosophy technology was increasing seconds in cyclic periods against preset duration in minutes. Main culture is Chinese proverb "Yi1 Cun4 Guang1 Yin1 Yi1 Cun4 Jing1, Cun4 Jing1 Nan2 Mai3 Cun4 Guang1 Yin1" (English translation: One inch of light shade time is like one inch of metal money, one inch of metal money can hardly buy one inch of light shade time). But, a simple DOS program may occasionally crash Windows because DOS is the parent of Windows. Windows program does try to automatically manage the switching between different program. In DOS, the user is the manager, who is better than Windows.

"Mini Window for Experimenter" (previously "A DATUM[a] PROCESSOR FOR EXPERIMENTER[s]") DOS Window program for mathematics numeric method, graphics plot and draw, with mouse point switch, input and measurement. Turbo C/C++ 3.0 programming language. Main technique was graphics user interface in simple window with mouse input. This author did use it for laboratory datum processing (measurement). Visual wave peak and period measurement with mouse cross hair did bypass high mathematics to derive maximum, minimum etc. parameter. The very simple numerical differentiation method and integration method according to slope and area did bypass high mathematics for function differentiation, integration, as well as equation solution for a wide range of different type of equation. This program did prove to be world foremost technique and technology.
This author did solve a difficult problem with the circle function together with mouse input in Turbo C/C++ 3.0. The Borland company, Microsoft corporation etc. unfortunately did discontinue DOS program software.

Main technology was a set of formulae as function of time steps, as well as computer iteration, for elastic stress propagation in a simple mechanical system in Ph.D. research thesis. It was proven by laboratory experiment. World peak of mathematics, physics, computer program, science and technology. This program code was published in post doctoral Ph.D. research thesis in 1993. RocCAD (now RockCAID) was subject to application at three mineral sites in Ontario province with yearly acquisition licence in year 1999 to 2000 (ref. Williams Operating Corporation Hemlo mines mineral site, New Britannia mines mineral site, Holt-McDermott mines mineral site did not renew their license after the first year of usage, but the program did continue to work regardless of expiry message reminder). This author was subject to three dimensional persecution from the end of year 1999 to the beginning of year 2000 in Marathon township and thunderbay city of Ontario province. Java program does run in Microsoft Windows DOS (main), Sun Microstation Hotjava browser 3.0, and internet explorer v5 with Java VM (The run environment is short of Java language design and advertisement. Main technology is clear Java API function documentation to program Windows software with multi-thread. A Java program is very slow in comparison to C/C++ (ref. Microsoft Visual C/C++ 2 to 6 do not contain API document; in about year 2000, this author did buy a thick hard cover book from the book store on Microsoft Visual C/C++ that did not contain any graphics code example, not even to draw a point). Java program can run in web browser on internet. Communication function is not available in Java API. A couple of image and sound function work with the API, but is not available in browser and applet viewer. Java API does come with graphics function. As always, printing function is always difficult to get, and there is lack of Chinese language character support. It is generally difficult to sell computer software product. Turbo C and Quick C for the DOS operating system have very good editing and debugging software to run code line by line, but Java does not have such a debugging software or special editor (the Java API 1.1 to 1.3 were free of charge). DOS editor or Windows Notepad are quite reliable to use for step wise Java programming work.
Email system should make it easier to transfer a folder of files. as required by a webpage, rather than a series of files. Although, email has the potential to reach high position leader without losing fidelity, high position leader should already have authority and continue to write and publish. The email and people webpage can be used to serve such high level rights duty.
English language etc. alphabetical languages have serious grammar problems. Unfortunately, by year 2014, there is no published table to relate Chinese character to PinYin and code. A small Chinese dictionary file and a small English dictionary file for computer should freely be available. According to Chinese language character characteristics and Chinese typewriter, it is necessary to use one file for each character to support user writing style, and it can be understood by not only machine but also person. Generally speaking, document file should meet the same standard as the programming language, or more easy to read. On the contrary, to change document of kind man into secret code file is inhuman. Similarly, alphabet language font should be available for each letter as on a typewriter. Bitmap character or letter has done change to the character or nature of human writing.
Computer DOS technology reached peak in year 1993. At about this time, Windows FAT32 file system showed up. year 2014 test of DOS program did indicate that Windows FAT32 hard disk memory and file system has made DOS software with character by character input and output file access to give dangerous erroneous result. If document file is understandable by person, one can still use it without the old software, if not, one may lose it. Windows is a big monopoly graphics software program, and has made DOS software obsolete. It is contra independence. Even simplest Windows Command Prompt program is not allowed to run in DOS. A little program with character by character file reading and writing between two files is compiled with Quick C 2.5 and Turbo C 2.1, the former gave false file output that is the same as input file, the latter gave completely false output of hidden code. It is suspected that this bug was there with DOS so that file reading or writing was done separately and limited to 64KB buffer. Windows 7 does reject all DOS graphics program (with full screen, DOS graphics is limited to full screen).
As observed early on, DOS program does not run as usual on windows because DOS program cannot wait in time to be managed by Windows. Some DOS program such as autoCAD is a different Windows program. Year 2015 March test with a little program fileio.exe (23kb) that does read a character from an input file 20150317.txt (ASCII 25kb) and write it to an output file with integer added to character. It does work with Turbo C2.1 in DOS prompt of Windows 98 and 2000. With file english.htm (115kb), test.out file is 537kb. The program does not work with Quick C 2.5. It does lock the computer to require computer restart. The previous test case in the above paragraph is not repeated, possibly because the computer was on for a long time and compiling with QC 2.5, TC2.1, VC 6 were done, so that, Window system changed, also possibly because I started all programs from Windows Explorer.
The people should keep old computer and software program, and demand upgrading of DOS to be used with new computer. The manufacturer owns the brand and label of sold product, and should keep records and software for customer service. In retrospect in year 2014, at around year 2000, the so called computer software Y2k (year 2000) time problem was in fact mainly due to change of file format from DOS, FAT to Windows new FAT32 on hard disk, not computer time. To change the calendar summer and winter clock time has been a waste of time. China had done better without changing the clock in summer and winter. Date time display is not essential for computer. By year 2014, time on old computer is still working. Before year 2000, RAM (random access memory) increase was already a solution for computer speed increase, there was no need to change file format. This indicates how new product industry cheat to cause hardware and software pollution and waste at the expense of surname man versus earth (ref. Chinese politics rule does fight against "greedy pollution and waste are extremely big criminal offense").
The best easiest Chinese character coding system is the PinYin with tone number plus two digits for stroke number, and a letter to make each character unique when needed. In short, to simply put a small English dictionary file, the small New China Chinese dictionary file on the computer would have been the greatest computer technology achievement. Existing HZ coding for Chinese characters is fine, and should be kept. By year 2014, computer with external device such as digital camera has relatively weakened the status of Chinese language or any other language in the world, but these devices cost a great deal to the surname man versus earth ball self nature. They are to gain less than loss.
The computer has a little meaning only in term of proving that inorganic matter also has intelligence and that the earth ball self nature probably has more intelligence than mankind, especially with the help of the planets and stars. In retrospect in year 2015, Java (for Windows) did aim to be more like English and C++, to make C++ education easier, but, it lost the speed of C++. C program can accomplish any software as long as variable and function names are systematic and easy to understood. Windows software and AutoCAD were probably written in C programming language. But, C++ is more confusing than C, in terms of technology and economy comparison, it is to gain less than loss. The solution is to code or use small independent programs. Java is high level artificial language that is probably based on C and C++ language, but it is too different from machine language to imitate the intelligence of matter and earth. It does inherit some grammar error of English language, such as single plural change, it does add some mistaken class rule, it is not as good as any alphabet language.

Quick C charge high fee for software with example code and example book. Both have failed to prepare for program escape from endless loop with "Esc" key.
The typical computer of year 2014 has no DOS sound, no floppy disk drive, but has much more Windows RAM memory, more hard disk storage, better music play and recording, faster internal modem, than in year 1991. But, the millennium computer is like a black box that can not be known, it does lose half of its education purpose. The art of computer as the seven elements of note book typewriter, Chinese abacus, calendar, oscilloscope, electronic calculator, electronic quartz clock, electronic mail, has not increased since year 1991. Other than the internet webpage, Windows software is like the McIntosh computer in 1991. Windows programming language is too complicated to suggest that the computer imitates the intelligence of person or earth ball. In proportion, the computation science and technique code has become insignificant. It has changed from research tool to document and painting art. Computer price is down about ten times from year 1991 to the new millennium. However, computer is teaching, study and research instrument, not popular consumer goods or toy. For the ordinary people in general, computer is not as good as note book, Chinese abacus, calendar, or electric \ electronic communication instrument, they do not need an artificial clock or an electric \ electronic communication instrument. It is fair to say that computer internet webpage has become the worldwide communication and publication giant, which has the advantage of gradual progress (Xun2 Xu4 Jian4 Jing4), which may be good for politics rule at the present critical time. But, it is unknown if it is affordable and sustainable. To provide blank website for individual to author would be affordable. People Daily etc. publisher can achieve this easily. It cannot and may not replace surname man writing, communication and revolution. Other minor benefit is easy copy, storage and transmission of document to prevent theft, robbery or destruction. Setting cost aside, constant personal computer internet or other constant communication connection have bad influence on people independence and justice rights. Home dial up network is better than constant cable network. The internet connection should be up to the user to switch on or switch off.
Computer program reliability depends on the compiler reliability, original author design and programming quality, testing condition, user experience, secondary author modification quality, computer hardware etc.. A program can be very long and cannot be fully proven to be correct or incorrect. Computer programming language is much less open and less used than the English language, and is much less reliable than English language. Alphabetical language is less true than Chinese character language. Computer controlled machinery is less reliable than manual machinery which is less reliable than manual work, but, Computer controlled machinery has the highest cost. Mankind can tolerate mistaken error and have done so for thousands of years, but, computer and machinery cannot or may not tolerate error, so as to create waste and danger besides high cost and pollution.
For the person to use Golden circuit computer controlled machinery, or entertainment game toy, etc. to damage surname man or earth, is alarming for mankind. Imagine digging and drilling deep underground into earth to fetch all kinds of mineral and to add a lot of work to make it into a toy to erode away time, or weapon to do murder and suicide crime !
One must not use man power and earth material and energy for self destruction. To make new computer software or hardware to intentionally make past computer software or hardware obsolete is to cause destruction to man kind and the earth.
In retrospect, in terms of program design, it is better to program many a small program that is easy to understand, teach and improve. Many a program may be assembled into a software unit after compiling and linking into .exe, .lib, *.obj etc. file. One big interconnected program may be smaller in file size, but, not easy to study, maintain and improve. Better peace and individual security (insurance) can ease up product monopoly and theft as well as "oppression pulling cheating occupation poison embezzlement war" etc.. Computer software or program copyright is commonly considered as literary work copyright. This means that the source code is like the thought and manuscript, and the execution program is like a publishing book or article and a performance show.
Besides proving the intelligence of inorganic matter, computer and network have provided additional instrument to accomplish writing and communication at speed of light.

study and research", Beijing Language Institute, to let the department head check (verify) my passport. I did receive
the flight ticket to Sweden and money for clothing from ministry teacher teaching [education] department, preparation to go
abroad bureau.
Before I did depart for Sweden, I did mail the remaining half of the money for clothing to my parent in Fu2Nan2 (Hunan)
province. I did mail out all my Chinese witness book [institute diploma and degree, postgraduate student certificate] at
the local post office to parents or a friend, but they were subject to loss without a trace there after.

Receive money for food and train from the teacher teaching [education] group. For the experiment in the thesis, Yi did use a glue filling method, with an epoxy material, to stabilize the the back end notch of a crack in rock specimen. This method may be applicable to the reduction of the damage by the negative rights crack of the "passport honor and identity witness book". The thesis did verify the energy conservation and transformation theorem.

bureau, to request postponement of the remaining 2.5 year of the five year going abroad research scholarship plan, but did

Mining building in Changsha. The Zhong Nan (Central South) Institute of Mining and Metallurgy did change title to Central

I did buy a small portable English typewriter from the foreign currency friendship store in Beijing. In Changsha, I did
give it as a small gift to the mining building library (ref. it is an excellent teaching, study and research instrument
or model for mining and metallurgy speciality etc.). But, it was missing by year 2003.
Upon my return from Sweden to Changsha in year 1987, I did use foreign currency to buy a ShangHai brand bicycle from
the Changsha Friendship store. In a couple of month, somebody did steal it from under the concrete stairs of the Teacher
Worker 4th Residence Building. In year 1991-1992, I did loose the small dwelling room and furniture on the fifth floor of
this building.

limit respectively, which are wrong (ref. this dispatch unit agreement and the China passport were coup d'etat witness
book). I did discuss with professor Lai about the passport and the agreement book [certificate] problem,
but it was already late in September for the academic year, there was no time to argue about the witness book [certificate]
problem. I did think there would be not problem to extend the passport according to need.
(19) Yi XiaoPing, year 1989. With the new China passport, I did go to the Canadian ambassador [embassy] in Beijing to
apply for passport (visa) verification without success (ref. if I did have the year 1984 passport on hand, it would be more
easy to go abroad again). Later, the university did get the Canadian verification on my behalf. Unfortunately, it has
the limit time period to arrive and to stay in Canada (ref. later experience did prove that Canadian Immigration Office did
demand annual verification fee for a stamp, which was wrong). I did have to borrow 9000 Yuan from my system - department to
buy a flight ticket from China to Canada (ref. the dispatch system should provide going abroad ticket free of charge).
Although I did have a research grant of 30,000 Yuan, but, I did return the flight ticket price in Canadian dollar money
order to my system - department in 1990-1991 (when I did invite wife to come to Canada; this policy is wrong).
Unlike year 1984, I did not receive either a free flight ticket or money to buy clothing to go abroad in 1989 (ref. the
year 1984 money for clothing was partly a little gesture of insurance policy against loss or even death to go abroad).
(20) Yi XiaoPing, year 1989 October. Arrive in Vancouver airport to go through customs, then arrive in Toronto airport,
then take bus to Kingston. I did stay for a few day at an apartment with sponsorship of the China Consulate General in
Toronto. I did fill out a registration form from the China Consulate General and mail it to its teacher teaching [education]
office.
(21) Yi XiaoPing, year 1989 October. Although I was one month too late for the academic year, the Queen's University did
provide the monthly $800 dollar fellowship since September for a year (ref. it should be a continuous assurance).
I did go to the Canada Immigration Office in Kingston to get a stamp on my
China passport. I did receive a plastic Queen's University student witness card. With a simple residence in Kingston,
I did go to the government office to fill out a paper form witness to apply and then receive a plastic resident Social
Insurance Number witness card in the mail. This witness card has no limit time what so ever, but it is a necessary but not
sufficient condition for residence (ref. it should be enough is enough).
(22) Yi XiaoPing, from year 1989 to 1990. Attend course and submit assignment report at the Queen's University, school of graduate
study and reseach, mining engineering department, Kingston, Ontario province.
(23) Yi XiaoPing, year 1990. According to study and research plan, I did transfer from Kingston to Laurentian
University, Geomechanics Research Centre, in Sudbury of northern Ontario province.
I did take a course and submit assignment report at the school of engineering. I did read book, design and do science
technique technology experiment.
I did receive about monthly CND$900 research assistantship, on a yearly contract basis (ref. again there should be a
continuous assurance).
(24) Yi XiaoPing, year 1991. Before the expiry date of year 1989 passport, I did go to the China Consulate General in
Toronto to extend the passport for two year (ref. Wang2 Fu4Li 1991-07-10). Due to the double limit time and number of times,
this China passport was a coup d'etat witness book [certificate]. Attend Sudbury driving school class, pass driving
regulation test and pay to practise with a trainer;
pass driving test of Ontario province ministry of transportation, obtain driver license witness card.
(25) In about year 1991 to 1993, the pastor Tang of the Chinese missionary church in Sudbury did give me a bible book in
traditional Chinese character. I did mail it through the international post office to father in LuMaQiao countryside
people commune for him to find out what it was about. But, in year 2003, he did tell me that he did receive it, but then
it was missing from the house.
(26) Yi XiaoPing, year 1992, I did go to the China Consulate General in Toronto to change passport into a regular passport
for common [public] affairs that was probably the same as my 1984 passport (ref. Li3 Xiao3Qu2 1992-07-29 in Toronto, but the
verification officer did not know the truth of the passport five year preparation ready time).
In year 1992 I did know from father's letter that grandmother Xia was dead and I did cry for a while in Canada.
(27) Yi XiaoPing, year 1993. Submission of Ph.D. thesis witness book, and passage in thesis defense before five expert
witness etc.. Receive Ph.D. degree honor verification witness book from Queen's University. This was like the Nobel Prize
of China, Sweden, Norway and Canada.
The thesis did describe dynamic stress and cushion method to reduce stress change and damage. The cushion method may be
applicable to the reduction of the dynamic damage of the negative rights crack of the "passport honor and identity witness
book". The thesis did verify the energy conservation and transformation theorem.
(28) Yi XiaoPing, year 1993 summer vacation. From year 1991 when wife Hu did arrive in Canada to year 2000 August when I
was subject to job termination at Autodesk Inc., I did assist wife to apply for and then generously give financial
sponsorship to her in her study and research (ref. later on, when I did lose all wage income, I did try to take care of the
small family at home with initial success, which did not stand the test of long term unemployment).
(29) Yi XiaoPing, year 1993 end. I did receive an excellent research thesis prize from Canada Tunnelling Association after
the more early international symposium in China in year 1993 (ref. this award did seem to be internal and
temporary). I did mail to professor Pan and Lai (at the mining building) a copy of my paper that was the science and
technology modernization peak, that did win the Second Place Thesis award of the Canadian Tunnelling Association in year
1993-1994. With consideration of the above symposium in XiAn, China, this award was a China and Canada international prize.
(30) Yi XiaoPing, from year 1994 to 1995 in Canada. Besides academic and engineering requirement, the minimum status requirement
for the professional engineer title is permanent resident witness book [certificate].
In order to apply for a job, this author and wife did pay a high fee to apply for permanent
resident witness book [certificate] (first child was born in Canada in 1994). Besides a job recommendation
letter (witness book) from professor Kaiser at Laurentian University, I did mail, request and receive a job recommendation
letter (witness book) from professor Pan at the mining system - department of Central South University of Technology in
Changsha.
In year 1995, I did receive the permanent resident witness book [certificate] without limit time on it
(but, Canada has a rule that a permanent resident cannot be out of Canada for more than a certain period of time in each
year). However, I still could not find a professional engineer job. Canadian government job did require citizenship.
All my work job from year 1989 to 1999 are yearly contract job except for year 1997 to 1999 when I did have a two year
contract at the Hemlo mineral site, Marathon town, Ontario province.
After about year 2000, the Professional Engineers of Ontario did publish professional engineer name who did pay yearly fee.
Its practice to drop the engineer who cannot afford to pay the yearly fee is wrong.
(31) Yi XiaoPing, year 1995, at the China Consulate General in Toronto, Wu2 Ju2Fu4, did charge a fee to issue an ordinary
China passport with the date 1995 February 3rd, to replace the year 1992 July 29th regular passport for common [public]
affairs (ref. the verification officer did not know the truth of the passport five year preparation ready time).
(32) Yi XiaoPing, year 1995. Movement to Montreal city, Quebec province to join wife and son.
Receive unemployment insurance benefit in Montreal from about May to July, 1995 (ref. the maximum period is about one year).
Pay a fee to register a sole proprietorship company at the city of Montreal, Quebec province. The job change and termination
as well as unstable arbitrary wage or salary are the manifestation of the cycle of economic crisis of capital politics rule
and economics. For example:
(33) Yi XiaoPing, 1996 to year 1998. February 9, 1996, Ontario province professional engineer title license witness book
[certificate]. It has no limit time on it, but the board office does charge yearly fee to issue yearly license card
(which is like a yearly traffic ticket fine by the police).
(34) Yi XiaoPing, year 1997. This author and wife did apply and receive citizen witness book [certificate card].
It does not have a limit time on it. This author did also pay a high fee to receive a Canada passport, but, it has a
five year expiry date (ref. this date should be preparation ready period, but it is subject to false understanding as
deadline).
We did not think or believe that the China ambassador [embassy] and consulate general as well as the dispatch unit in China
would later use the year 1980 China country nationality law rule to terminate Chinese citizenship, passport and job position
(ref. year 1980 China country nationality law rule is the empire bandit or slavery system, but I did not know or read it
until after year 2000 when it was on the world wide web computer).
(35) Yi XiaoPing, year 1998. This author did pay to register XY RocCAD Inc. with Canada Corporation Directorate, and
receive a witness book [certificate] (see Canada government website).
This author did register RocCAD (now RockCAID) computer software copyright with the Canada Copyright Office in Ottawa,
and receive a page of copyright witness book (see Canada Copyright Office website, but, in year 1999, the Canadian system did use
persecution to let Flairbase Inc. next to Noranda Technology Center to possess my software program and source code).
Yi did gain adjunct professor honor in writing from professor W. Bawden, who was the head of the Department of Mineral
Engineering of University of Toronto, School of Graduate Study and Research, Province of Ontario. Dr. W. Bawden was adjunct
professor at Queen's University mining department and Laurentian University school of engineering.
(36) Yi XiaoPing, from year 1999 to 2000. This author did suffer from gang persecution in Marathon town and then in Thunderbay hospital
at the end of the two year employment contract. Movement from Marathon town to Etobicoke city next to Toronto city, Ontario
province. In February of year 2000, after an interview, this author did receive a permanent job offer from Autodesk Inc.
in San Rafael city, Marin county, California state, USA. In this month, this author did obtain a work verification
[visa] page on a Canadian passport from a United States immigration officer on the United States and Canada border.
(37) Yi XiaoPing, year 2000. On march 6, this author did take flight to California to work at the Autodesk Inc. headquarters.
This author did stay in a motel for a couple of week, find a bachelor apartment to live, go to the Social Security
Administration office to apply for a resident social security number witness card, use Ontario driver license witness
card to obtain a California driver license witness card. Autodesk inc. did make a business card for me to work there.
Unfortunately, after half a year, on August 15, 2000, the company did terminate my job under the bad
"Hire and Fire at Will" slogan (which is the wrong fascism), with a termination letter from the department human resource
officer Tsingos who did not hire me. The Canadian government did provide the remaining half year of unemployment insurance
benefit according to the NAFTA North American Free Trade Agreement.
(38) Yi XiaoPing, year 2000. Pay fee to take computer Java programming language test at San Rafael airport, then,
receive witness book "SUN CERTIFIED PROGRAMMER FOR THE JAVA 2 PLATFORM", with issue date: year 2000 December 5, without a limit time.
(39) Yi XiaoPing, year 2001. Pay fee to take an 8 hour examination. Receive E.I.T. Engineer in Training
(Engineer Independence Training) witness book [certificate] No. EIT111377 (ID 34667).
from California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, with issue date June 28, 2001, without a limit time
(ref. California state website does show professional engineer name, it should also show E.I.T. name free of charge).
I did travel to United States and Canada border between Washington state and British Columbia province to get a
United States verification [visa] on Canada passport. I did try to find a job in Vancouver without success.
(40) Yi XiaoPing, from year 2001 to 2002. Wife and I did pay fee to apply for and receive permanent resident witness card from
United States Immigration and Naturalization Service in California, with issue date year 2002 July 9 (second child was born
in year 2001). Unfortunately, it has a limit time of 10 year on the card (ref. the limit time is wrong in comparison to
the permanent social insurance card).
(41) Yi XiaoPing, year 2002. I did apply for a second Canada passport in San Rafael, California. The application form
did list professional engineer, Dr. Yang, in the United States as the guarantor. I did mail the current passport and a
fee of less than CND$100 to the Canada passport office, to receive back a new replacement passport (ref. recently a
professional engineer is not eligible as a passport application guarantor).
(42) In about year 2002, I did write to familiar people in Beijing and DongAn county about the establishment of small
international tourism attraction. Later in year 2003 summer vacation, I did go and see a couple of countryside scenery
attraction in DongAn county.
(43) Yi XiaoPing, from year 2000 to 2005 summer. My year 1995 Chinese passport from the China consulate general in Toronto
did have a five year preparation ready period in it. But, the China dispatch system did falsely understand the time limit
as long march to expiry or deadline. This may also be part of the reason for my job termination at Autodesk Inc..
Since year 2000, I did try to renew this passport at the China Consulate General in San Francisco, Los Angeles etc. without
success.
Sometime between about year 2000 autumn and 2003, I did attend the evening course of the San Rafael city
police department citizen academy and fire department training course for voluntary resident, as well as Marin county
sheriff citizen academy. The fire department course was between February 13 and March 14, 2002.
There was introductory course on disaster preparedness, where there was some picture of past earthquake, and introduction
to fire fighting and emergency rescue method. It did indicate that the people themselve are the solution, not the
professional firefighter. I did receive two separate graduation witness book [certificate] without a limit time
(expiry date), I did forget if there also a witness book [certificate] from the fire department.
In year 2005, my large travel suitcase was subject to theft
robbery in the morning time at the Ritter center in San Rafael for homeless people. I did lose passport, many a witness book
[certificate], clothing, shoes, IBM thinkpad computer, etc. in the large travel suitcase (including the above two
citizen academy witness book [certificate], which did seem to recognize and admit the resident as citizen).
Later, I did quickly receive the new traveller's cheque in the mail free of charge to replace those that I did lose in the
large travel suitcase (for a cheap flight ticket to China). The loss of a China passport did prove to cost an infinite
amount of time, money and effort ever since, which are the loss of "heavenly time, earthly benefit, man or people peace".
(44) Yi XiaoPing, year 2003. With reference to the four modernization goal, I was already on the peak of science technique
technology (modernization). With reference to "Journey to the West", I did successfully gain Jingdom experience of Sweden,
Canada, United States as well as the world. I was in a position to spread rights internally, externally and eternally,
and assist the chairman and premier of China etc. to do so. With an invitation letter from the dispatch unit, Central
South University, Resources and Safety college, I did pay for a flight from San Francisco to GuangZhou, visit GuangZhou
Industry University geotechnical research institute and give a lecture, and visit familiar people in GuangZhou and ShenZhen.
I did carry 4 redwood tree seedling with me from San Rafael county, California to China. But, they were subject to
confiscation at the GuanZhou BaiYuan airport. The seedling would be the best gift to the countryside in Fu2Nan2 (Hunan)
province, and for China and America friendship relation (ref. the huge trade between China and America is not as good as
rice grain seedling and redwood tree seedling). I did also bring a computer HP scanner from California to Changsha.
I did take a train to Changsha. The dispatch unit did require me to sign a visit agreement to provide me with 2000
Yuan RenMinBi per month for six month (ref. this agreement was to add mistake to mistake, in comparison to the year 1989
agreement and passport). After visiting familiar people in Changsha, I did take train to go back to homeland to visit
Leng2ShuiTang1 city, Lu4Mao3Qiao2, Wu3Jia1Qiao2 and Lu2Hong2Shi4 countryside people commune, parents, relative, friend,
classmate etc..
Then, I was back to Changsha to fulfill the visit agreement, including lecture or seminar. I did attend two international
symposia in Changsha with the Resources and Safety college as the host. I did also attend the mining and extraction mineral
791 and 792 classmate 20 year graduation reunion meeting. Unfortunately, the dispatch unit did refuse to accept my return
to rights duty. I was subject to international persecution at the dispatch unit, and my year 1987 Changsha resident
identity card was subject to confiscation at the hand of the university safeguard office and the Changsha Exit and Entry
Management Office. Unfortunately, on November 27, 2003 my father did die suddenly in the county hospital.
At the end of December, I did have to go abroad for the fourth time since year 1984, 1989 and 1993.
After I did leave Changsha at the very end of year 2003, in about year 2004 I did lose all my Chinese, and going
abroad English and Swedish book and photograph album, diary, important letter and signature etc. of 1979 to 1989 in the
Teacher Worker Victory 14th Building 108 bachelor apartment. I did send email to classmate to ask about it, but did not
receive a reply (ref. does anybody keep it for me ?).
(45) Yi XiaoPing, from year 2004 to 2005. In year 2005, I did meet Mr. Xiong in the San Francisco Bay area during his visit and art
exhibition. He was previously the party committee clerk of Fu2Nan2 (Hunan) province.
(46) In the summer of year 1995, my large travel suitcase was subject to robbery theft
in broad daylight at the Ritter homeless service center in San Rafael. I did lose passport etc. witness book [certificate],
clothing and shoes, notebook computer, etc.. I did apply for a replacement Chinese passport in San Francisco, and did
publish a notice of passport loss on a San Francisco newspaper according to the China Consulate General requirement. But, they
did fail to renew my passport. I did try to file a law suit with it in the San Francisco city and county court,
but the court receptionist did not accept my application to sue the China Consulate General.
The marin county did refuse to provide food stamp. I did sleep in my Ford Escort car for more than a year from year 2004 to
2005 summer until its ignition key lock did break and I could not afford a few hundred dollar to replace it together with
the two door and the back trunk lock.
I did apply and receive a food stamp card of less than USD$200 value in San Francisco and sleep in the homeless shelter.
(47) Yi XiaoPing, year 2005 summer. From San Francsico, I did travel to Los Angeles in bus and sleep in the big homeless
shelter. I did apply and receive replacement Canada passport, United States permanent resident card. But, the China
consulate general in Los Angeles did fail to provide replacement China passport.
I did apply and receive a food stamp card in Los Angeles, and then a cash card of less than USD$200 in year 2006.
I did file a law suit at the Los Angeles city and county court with the China Consulate General Zhong JiaHua for China
passport renewal. But, he did not accept the court order or come to the court, so, I did decide not go to court alone.
I did travel once to the United States and Mexico border gate to see the border wall in San Ysidio.
(48) Yi XiaoPing, year 2006. While in Los Angeles, I did write letter to a few famous people in China, as well as in
United States, including Chinese American leader in the United States government. Afterwards, I did gain a little cash aid
in addition to the food stamp from the California department of human service. I did send an email
to the Chinese famous author Zhang who was residing in England. I did mention that I did read her book "Hong" and that
Los Angeles library did host book author meeting. She and co-author of a new book did immediately come to the Los Angeles
library to give a talk about their new book in a evening. I did attend the meeting but have to leave early in order to find
a sleeping spot in the homeless shelter.
(49) Yi XiaoPing, year 2006 end. On January 1, 2007 I did take flight from Los Angeles over California and Arizona state
to Columbus airport, Ohio state. I did use the remaining dollar number of the California food stamp card in Ohio state.
I did change California state driver license into Ohio state driver license witness card, with issue date April 10, 2009,
and expiry date in year 2013 (ref. I did go to driver training school and pass driving practise test in Canada to obtain a
driver license, but the expiry date is a false understanding of preparation ready period).
(50) Yi XiaoPing, year 2017 middle. With a permanent resident card, I did apply and receive food stamp card of about
monthly USD$190 in Ohio state. But, only United States adult citizen with United States birth certificate or citizenship
witness book [certificate] is eligible for the additional cash assistance of less than USD$200 in Ohio state.
(51) Yi XiaoPing, year 2017 United States permanent resident witness book [certificate] card with a photograph. This was a
renewal of the year 2002 permanent resident witness book [certificate] card in Marin county, California state.
(52) Yi XiaoPing, from year 1979 to 2020. Realization of justice rights witness modernization (including rights duty witness,
job agriculture, rightist prevention and immunity, science technique technology).
According to Chairman Mao instruction "Good Study, Daily Rise." and general secretary Xi JinPing instruction
"Forget not the initial intent, do remember the mission.", we must promote, ensure and support
"Good man rightist and revolution". We must resist and fight against the witness book [certificate] limit time and
country nationality coup d'etat, etc. word deed - act, to forget grace and negate rights.

(54) Yi XiaoPing. As always, I try to contact some people in dialog or communication, and have reply from some people.
In year 1993, I did borrow CND$1000 from a Chinese postgraduate fellow at Laurentian
University to go back to China to attend an international symposium and visit homeland. When I did arrive in Beijing, I
did meet with professor Sun ZongQi and family etc., and visit Beijing research institute of mining and metallurgy in
Beijing, in an effort to find a new job. Then, I did take a train to attend an International Symposium in XiAn city to
present a paper that did turn out to be the world peak of science technique and technology modernization.
The paper was in the witness book of the symposium proceedings. The symposium committee did return my money order for
the symposium registration back to me in XiAn, so that the entire symposium was free of charge for me, which was a kind of
prize for my discovery, invention and presentation.
I did take a train to arrive in Changsha to visit relative and to learn that father-in-law Hu did die suddenly back in year
1991 shortly after escorting his daughter to ShangHai to fly to Canada. I did visit the mining building of the Zhong Nan
Institute of Mining and Metallurgy on a Sunday (ref. Dr. Wang of the rock mechanics teaching and research office).
To arrive at home to visit relative and friend etc. familiar people in the Lu4Ma3Qiao2 countryside People Commune, etc..
After three week of summer vacation in China in year 1993, I did have to go abroad for the third time (flight from Changsha
to Beijing, change flight to Vancouver of Canada, change flight to Toronto of Ontario province, bus to Sudbury).
My contribution to China and the world in science technique technology was great, but I did not receive wage from the
dispatch unit or the going abroad research livelihood scholarship from the ministry teacher teaching [education] department.
Hence, I did not have necessary or sufficient condition for research and teaching inside or outside.
(I) In about May of year 1995, I did leave the postdoctoral research engineer job at Laurentian University in Ontario
province. After 2 month of unemployment in Montreal, Quebec province in year 1995, I did get a one year contract job from
Flairbase Inc. (which was a new contractor company of Noranda Technology Centre) as a computer programmer analyst, with
yearly salary of CND$40,000. In about January of year 1997, as an employee of Flairbase Inc., I did relocate to
Manitouwage township in Ontario province to practise for 6 month at the school mines mineral site of Golden Giant.
(II)
From year 1997 July to 1999 October I did get a two year contract as senior mining rock mechanics engineer to work on
computer stress modelling etc. at the three school mines mineral site of Golden Giant Mine, Williams Mine and David Bell
Mine at Hemlo in the Marathon Township, with a yearly salary of CND$60,000. From year 1999 October to year 2000 March 6,
I was subject to unemployment for about 6 month in Marathon township, Thunder bay city, Etobicoke city and Mississaga city
near Toronto city. During the 2 month of year 2000, I did some contract computer programming work for Williams school
mines mineral site in Etobicoke city under the XY RocCAD Inc. of Canada.
(III) From year 2000 March 8 to August 15, I did relocate to Autodesk Inc. in Marin county, California state of United States
for a permanent job position as Quality Assurance engineer III, but was subject to illegal wrongful persecution and job
termination after 6 month at the position. The wage was about USD$35,000 for the 6 month. From year 2000 to 2001, I did
get the remaining half year of unemployment insurance benefit from Canada International Taxation Office in Ottawa.
(IV) From year 2000 to pressent in the United States, I have been subject to unemployment without insurance benefit, except
for a few month of evening part time job at a Kroger supermarket in Ohio state at minimum wage.
